Pauenhof Retreat 2010             

Bhante Vimalaramsi and Sister Khema will be in Pauenhof from February 4 - February 10.

This is the real deal revealing, in very simple English, how the Buddha yoked together the practice of Metta using a Samatha/Vipassana practice. The retreat is open to beginners and experienced meditators.

Bhante and Sister will speak English.

Meditation is a sitting meditation (on the ground or in a chair) and a walking meditation.

Each evening Bhante will give a dhamma talk. He likes to answer questions from students.

Each day you will have a talk with Bhante about your experiences while meditating. He gives feedback and advice for the next day.

In the meditation hours there is silence:  Daily Routine Schedule.

Pauenhof is an attractive Buddhist center in a former farm.

Pauenhof is in Germany, near Duisburg, and near the border with Holland.
